The Space
This thoughtfully designed 1,347 sq ft, single-level condo is located on the 2nd floor and offers an easy, open layout with no stairs inside the unit. Access the condo via elevator or stairs and step into a bright, mountain modern space ideal for families, couples, or small groups.
The open concept kitchen, dining, and living area is the heart of the home. The chef-inspired kitchen features Dacor Modernist appliances, double ovens, quartz countertops, and island seating for four, plus a dining table that comfortably seats six. You’ll find everything you need for cooking and gathering, including a Keurig with K-cups and an electric tea kettle.
The living area invites you to relax with a 65” Smart Roku TV with cable, cozy sectional seating, and a collection of games for low-key evenings in. Large doors lead to the private deck, where mountain views of Mt. Royal, string lights, lounge seating, and high-top bar seating create the perfect outdoor extension of the living space.
The primary suite features a king bed, 43” Smart Roku TV, walk-in closet, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.
